(Oral) This is an application by applicant- Manpreet Kaur, seeking transfer of civil suit for permanent injunction filed by her parents-inlaw, against her pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nawanshahar, to Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur. According to the applicant, there is protracted litigation between her and her husband, who is residing in Australia. Most of the cases are pending in Court at Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur. Her parents-in-law have filed a suit for permanent injunction restraining the defendant i.e. present applicant from filing false and frivolous applications/complaints/suits of threats to implead/implicate the plaintiffs in false and frivolous cases/complaints in courts as well as BANITA CHUGH 2019.01.15 16:28 I am the author of this document

TA No. 31 of 2019 -2at any Police Stations and further restraining her from forcing the plaintiffs to sign any documents/blank papers/stamp papers. The applicant submits that this suit be transferred to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Mukerian.

I have gone through the application and heard learned counsel for the applicant and I do not find any merit in the application. The same stands dismissed.
