The present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 07.09.2016 whereby an application for fixing the mesne profits was allowed in an appeal by the Appellate Authority, Chandigarh. 2.

As per the E-courts website of District Courts, Chandigarh, the rent appeal itself stands dismissed vide judgment dated 17.12.2018 and hence the present petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the possession has already been handed over by the tenant to the landlord. 4.
