The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 04.12.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, S.A.S. Nagar whereby an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for grant of ad interim filed by the respondent herein was allowed. 2.

Although in view of the judgment dated 24.01.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in FAO-5930-2023 titled as Rajni V/s Mohit, the impugned order is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, however, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition due to a compromise effected between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
