Pursuant to order dated 15.03.2024, the petitioner-father has been meeting the children at the residence of the respondent-mother at Jalandhar. Children are also present in Court today as also the parties. They have stated that they are comfortable with the arrangement and the petitioner-father meeting the children.

In view thereof, the parties as well as their counsel are agreeable that the petitioner-father shall meet the children every Sunday between 12.00 noon to 04.00 pm. The petitioner-father shall take the children from their residence at 12.00 noon and shall return their custody to the respondent-mother at the same place at 04.00 pm. The arrangement shall continue till the matter is finally decided by the Family Court. In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Family Court to try and conclude the case expeditiously.
