There is no necessity for the petitioner to arrive before this Court complaining that the Court has closed the evidence. The Court that closes the evidence is bound to reopen it if sufficient reasons are given for reopening the case. The procedure how such matter will be dealt with has been laid down by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013 (1) PLR 404.
