Gurprit Singh .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Jaswinder Singh Grewal,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Judgment Debtor is in revision aggrieved by the order dated 30.5.2013 (P-3) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Abohar whereby "non-bailable warrants of arrest of the JD" have been issued; further challenge is to another order dated 8.12.2014 (P-3) passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division)Abohar whereby fresh "nonbailable warrants" for his arrest have been issued for 5.3.2015. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the petitioner has absolutely no respect for the process of law. Respondent-Decree Holder has a decree dated 17.4.2008 in his favour for recovery of Rs.2,80,425/- alongwith interest in his favour.
He is stated to have filed execution on 4.12.2010. Repeated efforts of the Executing Court to secure the presence of the JD/petitioner have failed. CR 163/2015 proceedings. It is further apparent that for the last more than 11⁄2 years he has even been successful in evading his arrest ordered for securing his presence. In the light of said conduct, such litigants have to be severely dealt with so as to be a deterrent to others. Accordingly present revision petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid to District Legal Service Authority, Ferozepur within one week from the date of his appearance on 5.3.2015 before the learned Executing Court.
