(ORAL) Prayer in the Criminal Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 09.08.2022 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Commissioner Faridabad, Division Faridabad vide which the Commissioner has rejected the petitioner's case for temporary release on parole on the ground that the petitioner is involved in many cases. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has been released on parole.
