Noticing the prayer made in the application, main case is ordered to be listed for today itself.

After obtaining no objection from the previous counsel, Mr. Sumit Narang, Advocate, Standing Counsel, UCO Bank, who is assisting Mr. Kanwaljit Singh, Senior Advocate, has put in appearance and has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5, which is taken on record. 3.

On the basis of prayer made in the application (CM-12850-CWP2025), counsel for the petitioner states that the main case has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such.

Mr. Jatin Bansal, Advocate submits that along with the main case, a miscellaneous application (CM-8338-CWP-2025) has been filed for initiating proceedings under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 2(b) and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against proposed respondents No.9 to 11, which is pending. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the said application with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 7.

As the main case has already been decided, all other miscellaneous applications stand disposed of.
