Petitioner has approached this Court praying of quashing the order/letter dated 19.12.2018, Annexure P-4, passed/issued by respondent No.5 vide which the directions issued to respondent No.6 for stopping/closing the business of the petitioners illegally and arbitrarily and uprooting them from their place of business and allot them to any alternative sites to run their business of meat for their livelihood. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 has submitted that similarly situated persons approached this Court by way of filing CWP5587-2011, which has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 29.03.2011. He submits that case of the petitioners is not different from the same.

However, learned counsel for the petitioners disputes the same
CWP-714-2019 -2and submits that for redressal of grievances of the petitioners, they will file their representation and the same be considered. 4.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before respondent No.4, i.e. President, Municipal Council, Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala, within a week from today and in case the same is filed within the stipulated period, respondent No.4 is directed to look into the same and decide it within four weeks from the date of its receipt.
