(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioner, her children at the hands of respondents No. 5 to 8, who are threatening the petitioner, her children and pressurizing her to withdraw Civil Suit No. CS/145/2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose of instant petition would be achieved, if, respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala, is directed to decide representation dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure P-2), moved by the petitioner. In view of the above, respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala, is directed to look into the matter and decide representation Annexure P-2, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to her, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
