HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.144 dated 01.12.2019 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 279 and 304-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar Rural along with all consequential proceedings therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 13.12.2019 (Annexure P-2) entered into between the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court.
In view of the abovesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
