Concededly the suit for permanent injunction against the defendants, as per the submissions made by Mr. Singla, on instruction from his client, has been decreed.

The present revision petition has arisen out of the violation of the interim order, whereby the application under Order 39 Rule 2A of CPC has been dismissed. The petitioner has a remedy to seek, in case of any violation, implementation of the decree under the provisions of Order 21 Rule 32 of CPC.

No ground is made out for interference.

The present revision petition is dismissed.
