In the present case, vide order dated 10.09.2024 passed in CM-8631-CII-2024, since learned counsel for the petitioner had pleaded no instructions and notice was issued to the petitioner. On 18.11.2024 the following order was passed :

"Vide order dated 10.09.2024, notice was issued to the non- applicant/petitioner as the counsel appearing on his behalf had pleaded no instructions in the matter. As per office report, the non-applicant/petitioner is stated to have died. None has come forward to be impleaded as his legal representative.

The main revision petition was admitted vide order dated 11.07.2017, which is at serial No.674 in the Regular List. Let the main petition itself be set down for hearing on YOGESH SHARMA 2026.01.27 10:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

Today none has come forward to get themselves impleaded as the legal representatives of the petitioner nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
