G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed:- "Affidavit of the petitioner has been filed that she will handover the vacant possession of the premises in question i.e. House No. 39, Silver Oaks Avenue, DLF City, Phase-I, Gugaon by 31.12.2017. She has further undertaken that she will clear all arrears of rent. Affidavit is taken on record. In compliance of the said undertaking, a cheque of `5, 67, 600/- dated 05.03.2017 bearing No. 000118 in favour of the respondent has been handed over to the counsel for the respondent. Photocopy of the same has been taken on record. To come up on 31.03.2017 for conforming the deposit.
In the meantime, the dispossession of the petitioner shall remain stayed."
None is present on behalf of the parties. It is, thus, apparent that they are satisfied with the cheque which has been duly encashed by the landlady. The revision petition is accordingly disposed of as per the affidavit given by the petitioner that she will hand over the vacant possession to the landlord-respondent by 31.12.2017 and the petitioner is bound down accordingly.

-2It is made clear that in case there is any violation of the abovesaid undertaking, it will be open to the landlord to seek eviction through the Rent Controller, Gurgaon who will necessarily provide the police help, in case, so required.
