The revision petition is against the order of interim maintenance of `3000/- granted to the wife in a petition filed by the wife for divorce. The contention by the husband is that after her marriage and having three children, she has married one Bhupinder by fraudulently changing her own name to conceal her identity. She has been living with the said Bhupinder and the children have been admitted in school and one of her daughters has been even married during minority itself. The contention of the husband is that the wife is guilty of committing fraud by concealing her identity, getting married to yet another person and making a claim for maintenance. 2.

All these defences shall be examined by the Court with reference to documents already filed but as of now, claim for maintenance during the pendency of the matrimonial proceedings to a wife who says that she has no means to maintain herself is bound to PANKAJ KUMAR 2016.03.04 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
