The report of the Warrant Officer has since been filed. As per the report, the alleged detenue, who is living with her parents, expressed her desire to live with her parents and stated that she was living with them on her own sweet will and that she has no apprehension from her brothers, Ramesh Kumar and Rakesh Kumar. The alleged detenue further stated that she does not want to live with the petitioner, Mohit, and also that she did not want to go with the petitioner. In view of the above, no further order needs to be passed in the present case. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
