Present petition is for quashing of cross-version case registered vide GD No.26 dated 15.04.2019 under Sections 148, 323, 324, 326 IPC read with Section 149 IPC in F.I.R. No.28 dated 07.04.2019 under Sections 148, 323, 324, and 326 IPC read with Section 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, on the basis of compromise. 2.
It has been informed by learned counsel for State as well as the counsel for respondent No.2 that all the petitioners have been declared as proclaimed persons as they are absconding from the clutches of law, therefore, the asked relief of quashing of the cross-version case registered vide GD No.26 dated 15.04.2019 under Sections 148, 323, 324, 326 IPC read with Section 149 IPC in F.I.R. No.28 dated 07.04.2019 under Sections 148, 323, 324, and 326 IPC read with Section 149 IPC, registered at Police SATYAWAN 2024.03.13 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
