Ram Murti v. Neelam
IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH C.R. No.1680 of 2015 Date of Decision.31.03.2015 Ram Murti .......Petitioner
Versus
Neelam ......Respondent
Present:
Mr. Gaurav Grover, Advocate for the petitioner.
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The revision petition is against the order fixing an interim maintenance of ` 4,000/- for the wife and child in the matrimonial proceedings. The contention is that the husband is merely a labourer and he cannot pay ` 4,000/- per month as maintenance. 2.
For a woman to keep her life and soul together for herself and for the child, `4000/- is not high sum and the petitioner will work or earn more and save up money to pay maintenance to the wife. There is no concession which is possible to the amount which is determined. I decline to make any intervention.
3.
The revision petition is dismissed.
