Present petition is for quashing of F.I.R. No.28 dated 07.04.2019 under Sections 148, 323, 324, and 326 IPC read with Section 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur and all other consequential proceedings, on the basis of compromise dated 27.12.2019, Annexure P/2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been acquitted from the charges by the trial Court concerned, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State. 3.
