The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.91 dated 17.07.2014 registered under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC and Section 326 IPC added later on at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the complainant, who is present in person, does not agree to the quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise, though he had made a statement before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalandhar of the matter having been compromised as the same was under duress. Affidavit dated 09.05.2023 of the complainant to this effect has already been placed on record.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for SANDAL SHARMA 2023.07.13 19:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
