There is no justification for the petitioner to arrive to this Court to complain that one more opportunity must be given. Same opportunity may be sought before the very same Court setting out reasons as to why he could not secure the documents in time or why he could not present before the Court to give evidence about the same. If such application is filed for reopening the case, the Court will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

The revision petition is dismissed but with the liberty as aforesaid.
