RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against the Sarpanch and Panches, i.e. respondents No.4 to 9, who had illegally given the Panchayat Land for mining and deforestation to private company, i.e. respondent No.10, without getting proper authorization from the competent authority. It is also prayed to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to take action on complaint/representation of the petitioners. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners filed complaint/representations on 08.11.2023 and 21.11.2023, Annexures P-1 and P-2, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.
