RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 9. Learned State counsel, producing statements of the petitioners, submits that petitioners voluntarily stated before the police that they do not require any protection.

In view of above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
