The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.81 dated 09.06.2022 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act at Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana. Vide order dated 16.01.2023, petitioner was granted the concession of interim bail in the following terms:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that a fabricated version has been brought forth in the FIR in question that a sum of Rs.85,000/- in cash was given to the petitioner at the behest of co-accused for sending her son abroad. Learned counsel further submits that in fact only Rs.36,000/- had been paid by the complainant and that too had been received by the petitioner only on behalf of the company of the co-accused where he was employed and as such had no role to play in the crime SONIA BURA 2023.05.05 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 16.01.2023, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 16.01.2023, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
