(ORAL) Learned State counsel points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment, dated 11.04.2013, rendered by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 3279-3287 of 2013 [arising out of SLP (C) Nos. 24704-24712 of 2007], titled "Ashrafi and others v. State of Haryana and others", vide which the compensation awarded to the claimant/landowners was enhanced. Thus, this appeal, as a necessary consequence, shall have to be dismissed. Ordered accordingly.
