The revision petitioner will approach the Court before which the case was closed as opportunity being nil by setting out the reasons for his non appearance and setting out the justification for reopening the case. The procedure to be adopted has been set out by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others in C.R. No.5639 of 2012 dated 25.09.2012. The petitioner may apply for such a process for redressal.

The revision petition is not tenable and it is dismissed but with the above observations.
