******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed by petitioner Navneet Kaur seeking protection to her life and liberty from respondents No.4 to 7, her parents, brother/relative. Petitioner submits that respondents No.4 to 7 want to marry her with boy of their own choice. She is minor, studying in 10th class and want to complete her studies.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala to look into the grievance of petitioner, verify the aspect of threat to her life and liberty and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
