As per the office report, notice issued to petitioner No.1 has not been received back either served or otherwise. Petitioner No.2 is stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of petitioner No.2 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf.

Mr. M.K. Garg, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and apprised the Court that the parties to the lis have since compromised the matter and that as per the compromise the petitioners are continuing as tenants and hence the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
