RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 and 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner from respondent Nos.4 to 8 with a further direction to take a legal action against them.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 07.01.2023, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana., who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
