ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this 2nd petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.283 dated 22.10.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station City Ratia, District Fatehabad. The 1st petition seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order 13.12.2019 passed in CRM-M No.52757 of 2019 by passing a detailed order. The arguments which are raised in the present petition have been duly heard, however again, no new ground is made out to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
