(Oral) Challenge in the present criminal revision petition under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. is for setting aside and reversing the impugned order dated 31.10.2019 passed in case No. MNT 75-2019 dated 26.4.2018/14.2.2019 whereby the application of the petitioners for grant of interim maintenance was dismissed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jind.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such, as the main petition filed by the petitioners under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jind vide order dated 06.09.2024. A copy of the said order has been handed over in Court today which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the right of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 06.09.2024 may be reserved. Ordered accordingly.
