The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of show cause notice dated 03.07.2015 (Annexure P-1), order dated 22.12.2017 (Annexure P-4) and further seeking direction to the respondents to decide his representation dated 06.06.2017 (Annexure P-5).

Ms. Shweta Nahata, Sr. Panel Counsel, submits that no part of cause of action had taken place within jurisdiction of this Court, thus, writ petition before this Court is not maintainable. 3.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the court of competent jurisdiction.
