DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.252 dated 26.6.2022, under Section 148, 149, 302, 120-B, 201, 285, 34 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Murthal, District Sonipat. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has surrendered before the police.

Learned State counsel has filed the status report. The same is taken on record.
