Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the appeal before the Appellate Authority is fixed for hearing on 12.03.2024 and that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal on the said date and till then the operation of the order assessing the rent is stayed.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that no rent has been paid till date and hence the present revision petition deserves to be dismissed.

A very fair request has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the AMAN JAIN 2024.02.28 21:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CR-215-2024 (O&M) -2petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Appellate Authority concerned to decide the appeal on the date fixed i.e. 12.03.2024 itself. Till the decision of the appeal, the operation of the order assessing the rent shall remain stayed.

It is made clear that any observations made herein or in the previous interim orders shall not been treated as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case.

Disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
