**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order, whereby the application of the respondent-Bank under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been allowed, in essence, the suit has been rejected.

Concededly, as per the provisions of Section 2(2) of CPC, the impugned order has a trapping of decree and is appealable. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file the appeal by taking the aid of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.

Ordered accordingly.
