Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that Civil Revision No.1698 of 2015-Oriental Insurance Company Limited v. Mukhtiar Kaur and others, involving identical issue arising out of the same accident, has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 10.3.2015.

For the reasons stated in the aforesaid petition, the present petition is dismissed.
