NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) The present Revision Petititon has been filed by the defendant seeking setting aside of the order dated 30.09.2016 (Annexure P9) whereby petitioner had been convicted for violation of the injunction order.

Vide order dated 31.07.2025, at joint request, the matter was referred to the Mediation.

Report dated 04.08.2025 has been received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court that the matter stands settled between the parties by way of Compromise Deed dated 04.08.2025. Learned counsel for the parties accordingly prayed that the present Revision Petition be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Deed. In view of the facts noted above, the present Revision Petition is allowed; and the impugned order dated 30.09.2016 (Annexure P9) is set aside. Needless to say, the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Compromise.
