***** ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (Oral) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the private respondents not to harass the petitioner-Society and its members at the behest of private respondent no.6 as also for taking action against respondent no.6 for filing false and frivolous complaints against the petitioner-Society and its members. None is present on behalf of the petitioner. The matter is pending since March, 2020.
Learned counsel for respondent no.6 submits that the petitioner has no threat from respondent no.6 and this petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for respondent no.6 further submits that allegedly as per the averments made in the petition by the petitioner, there is a dispute of Rs.35 lakhs between respondent no.6 and Sukhbir Singh, but on inquiry it was found that there was no such dispute.

CRM-M-2751-2020 -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, submits that as per the inquiry conducted, it was found that there was no money dispute between respondent no.6 and Sukhbir Singh. In this view of the matter and in view of the fact that the matter is pending since 2020 and none is present on behalf of the petitioner, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. This petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
