(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.43 dated 24.09.2017 under Sections 365/120-B IPC and 302/201 IPC (added later on) registered at Police Station Ghanie Ke Bangar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender vide order dated 18.11.2019, but thereafter, he has been arrested on 01.02.2020 and in this manner, nothing survives in the present petition.
