RAJESH BINDAL, J The order impugned in the present petition is dated 9.11.2012 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana, whereby the application filed by respondent No.2-UCO Bank for impleading the applicant as defendant No.2 in the suit was allowed. The present petition has been filed in this Court on 4.3.2015. To explain the delay, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on a wrong advice, a Civil Revision was filed in the court of District Judge, Ludhiana. Even that was also withdrawn on 22.3.2014. There is no explanation for the period of about one year even after withdrawal of the Civil Revision wrongly filed before the District Judge, Ludhiana. Considering the delay after which the petitioner has approached this court, which has not been satisfactorily explained, the present petition is dismissed on that account only.
