The revision petition is against the order of closure of evidence on the defendants' side. The defendants were not present on that day. I set aside the order dispensing with notice to the respondent on payment of costs of `10,000/- to be paid to the plaintiff-respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the order already passed will stand confirmed. 2.
