(Oral) Krishna Devi has filed a revision petition against order passed by the trial Court dismissing her application for consolidation of three suits pending between the parties on the ground that they are different. In the first suit, Krishna Devi and her grand-children (children of Sanjeev pre-deceased son who was alleged to have been murdered), have challenged the release deed dated 18.01.2010. Second suit was filed by Kusum Lata i.e. widow of Sanjeev, who is alleged to have been convicted for murder of her husband, against Krishna Devi, mother-in-law of Kusum Lata.

Third suit was filed by Krishna Devi and others challenging the sale deed executed by Kusum Lata in favour of Kesar Devi and Rajwanti. In all the three cases, the property in dispute is the same. All the three suits are pending before the Civil Court at Bilaspur. Sheetal 2017.10.13 11:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CR No.1387 of 2017 -2Taking into consideration the facts involved in the present case I deem it appropriate that all the three cases would be tried by the senior most Civil Judge available at Bilaspur, simultaneously and would be decided, although separately but on the same day.
