**** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) The petitioner by way of this writ petition challenges the order of suspension. The order is appealable in terms of Rule 15(i) of The Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1970. Keeping in view the statutory provision available to the petitioner to file appeal, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal. If such an appeal is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
