Present:

Mr. Atul Jain, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr. Vikasdeep Singh, Advocate, for respondent No. 1. ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Defendants are in revision before this Court against an order, dated 02.12.2017, passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sultanpur Lodhi, vide which an application moved by respondent No. 1plaintiff, seeking amendment of the plaint, had since been allowed. The order being impugned in the present revision was passed almost two years ago, i.e. on 02.12.2017. Further, in the absence of any interim order by this Court, the Trial Court continued with the suit, and inasmuch as, respondent No. 1-plaintiff has already led and concluded his entire evidence, whereas the petitioners-defendants are in the process of adducing their evidence.

In the wake of the above, learned counsel for the parties have reached a consensus that let this revision be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
