**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.138 dated 26.06.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal. Notice of motion was issued on 06.12.2019 and interim anticipatory bail was also granted.
It is a case of version and cross-version. Both the parties are neighbours. Owing to non-joining of the investigation by the petitioner, he was again directed to join the investigation vide orders dated 17.01.2020 and 04.08.2021.

CRM-M-51995-2019 Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Dinesh Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and his presence is no more required for further investigation of the case.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, the interim orders dated 06.12.2019, 17.01.2020 and 04.08.2021 are made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition stands disposed of.
