G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) C.M. No. 7427-CII of 2017 The present application has been filed by respondent no. 2 for placing on record compromise deed dated 09.01.2017 and statements recorded before the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) (NRI Cases), Jalandhar as Annexures R-2 to R-4. Vide order dated 10.01.2017, it was noticed that there are chances of amicable settlement. Mr. Jhanji points out that as per the terms of compromise and statements, possession has already been handed over to the respondents and, therefore, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Resultantly, keeping in view the above, the application is allowed.

The documents are taken on record.
