*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Instant revision petition is directed against impugned order dated 11.12.2017 (Annexure P-5) vide which learned Civil Judge allowed the application filed by plaintiff/respondent No.1 under Order 26 Rule 9 read with Section 151 of CPC for appointment of Local Commissioner for demarcation of suit property despite the fact that earlier the suit property has already been demarcated by the revenue official on the application of the plaintiff. Vide order dated 16.05.2022, learned counsel for the parties were directed to produce the previous demarcation report on the file of the Court, however, needful has not been done so far. Even otherwise, it seems that instant petition is rendered infructuous since the same was filed in the year 2018 and no stay was granted on further proceedings of the learned trial Court. Dismissed in default.
