Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the petitioner's date of promotion as Principal as 31.05.2017 instead of 01.06.2017 in the promotion order dated 12.09.2017, and consider his objections dated 06.03.2023, Annexure P-23, to the tentative seniority list dated 22.02.2023, Annexure P-21, seeking correction of seniority on that basis.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that the representation as well as the objections submitted by the petitioner will be decided prior to finalizing the seniority list. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof, with liberty to the petitioner to submit a AVIN KUMAR 2024.01.19 08:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CWP No.1007 of 2024 [2] separate representation regarding the claim of stepping-up of his pay at par with that of his junior.
