HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0159 dated 10.08.2022, registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, at Police Phase-1, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some inadvertent errors in the present petition and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
