ALOK JAIN, J. (Oral) The present revision petition has been filed raising challenge to the impugned judgment dated 13.12.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Palwal, vide which Rs. 4,000/- maintenance has been awarded to the respondent from the date of filing of the petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the parties have compromised the matter and hence, he does not wish to pursue the present petition and accordingly, prays for withdrawal of the same. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.
